Amends the definition of "agricultural customer host" under Connecticut General Statutes Section 16-244u(a)(3) to expand eligibility for agricultural virtual net metering facilities.

Allows in-state retail electric customers engaged in agriculture to participate in virtual net metering if they own, lease, or enter into a long-term contract for an agricultural virtual net metering facility.

Changes the previous requirement that agricultural customer hosts must "own" a facility to also include those who "lease or enter into a long-term contract for" such facilities.

Effective date: July 1, 2015.
