Agencies must submit written or electronic reports to the standing legislative regulation review committee by December 1 each year.

Reports must include a list of all general statutes or public acts requiring the agency to adopt regulations by January 1 if regulations were not submitted or were rejected without prejudice by the committee.

Agencies must provide proposed submission or resubmission dates for each outstanding regulation and an explanation from the administrative head for delays.

Alternatively, the administrative head may certify in writing that the agency has complied with all applicable statutory requirements or was not required to adopt any regulations during the period.

Effective date: October 1, 2015.
