Expands shellfish theft penalties in Section 26-225 to apply to all shellfish species rather than only oysters, with fines up to $300 and imprisonment up to one year for daytime theft, or fines up to $500 and imprisonment up to one year for nighttime theft.

Modifies Section 26-226 to extend penalties for injuring shellfish enclosures and removing marking buoys or stakes to all shellfish, with first offense fined up to $250 and subsequent offenses classified as class C misdemeanors.

Clarifies legal pronouns in Section 26-225 by replacing "he" with "such person" for gender-neutral language.

Both amendments take effect upon passage of the bill.
