Requires notice of motor vehicle repossession to inform the buyer that they are responsible for removing all personal property from the vehicle prior to the repossession date.

Mandates that within one day of repossessing a motor vehicle, the contract holder must mail written notice to the buyer stating they have 15 days to remove their personal property at no cost.

Imposes a three-day deadline for the contract holder to provide written notice of the unaccelerated amount due and actual retaking and storage expenses.

Subjects the contract holder to forfeiture of retaking and storage expense claims if they fail to provide the required notice within the specified timeframe.

Takes effect October 1, 2015.
