Amends Section 54-258 to require the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection to notify senior center directors, school superintendents, and municipal chief executive officers by electronic mail whenever a sexual offender registrant is released into the community or changes their address (effective October 1, 2015).

Provides senior center directors with the same public registry information available through the internet regarding registered sexual offenders in their municipality.

Maintains existing protections by prohibiting disclosure of victim identities, treatment information, and registrants' electronic communication identifiers, except for law enforcement or security purposes.

Requires the Commissioner on Aging to develop an informational campaign by July 1, 2015, in consultation with relevant agencies and organizations, to educate senior centers and citizens about sexual offender risks and protective measures.

Mandates a report to the joint standing committee on aging by January 1, 2016, on the progress of the informational campaign to protect seniors from sexual offenders.
