Prohibits automobile insurance policies from excluding coverage for agents, representatives, or employees of a motor vehicle owner when such person is negligent in operating the owner's vehicle and is involved in an accident with another employee of the owner.

Makes any policy provision that excludes such coverage null and void.

Applies to private passenger motor vehicles, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, vehicles used for passenger transport for hire, livery service vehicles, and vanpool vehicles registered or principally garaged in Connecticut.

Makes bodily injury liability, property damage liability, and uninsured motorists coverages mandatory in automobile liability insurance policies.

Effective date: October 1, 2015.
