Department on Aging and Department of Social Services shall hold quarterly meetings with nutrition service stakeholders to develop recommendations addressing administrative processes, establish quality control benchmarks, and improve efficiency and transparency in elderly nutrition programs (effective July 1, 2015)

Stakeholder meetings must include representatives from Area agencies on aging, access agencies, Commission on Aging, nutrition providers, food security programs, nutrition host sites, and consumers

Departments and stakeholders shall study alternative sources of funding for nutrition services programs and submit findings and recommendations to the joint standing committee on aging by July 1, 2016
