Exempts milk, milk products, raw milk, and raw milk products production and cheese manufacturing for personal consumption or immediate family consumption from food safety regulations.

Authorizes "shared animal ownership agreements" where individuals can acquire ownership interests in milk-producing animals and receive shares of raw milk produced by those animals.

Defines a shared animal ownership agreement as a contractual arrangement where a person acquires ownership interest in a milk-producing animal, pays for or accepts financial responsibility for the animal's care and boarding, and receives a share of raw milk produced.

Permits transfer or exchange of raw milk between persons who are parties to the same shared animal ownership agreement.
