Requires schools to provide notice to registered parents, guardians, and staff at least 72 hours before pesticide applications by posting on school websites, district websites, front entrances, and nearby bulletin boards in 8.5x11 inch signs with 12-point boldface uppercase lettering (effective October 1, 2015).

Maintains existing requirement for 24-hour mailed notice to registered parents and guardians, with notice including pesticide active ingredient, target pest, application location, date, and contact administrator name.

Prohibits pesticide applications during regular school hours or planned activities except for emergency applications addressing immediate threats to human health without restricted-use pesticides.

Excludes sanitizers, disinfectants, antimicrobial agents, pesticide baits in tamper-resistant containers, microbial pesticides, biochemical pesticides, horticultural soaps/oils, and EPA-exempt materials from the definition of "pesticide" requiring notice.

Adds definitions for "microbial pesticide" (pesticide with microorganism as active ingredient) and "biochemical pesticide" (naturally occurring substance controlling pests through nontoxic mechanisms).
