Adds director and assistant director of the Emergency Response and Spill Prevention Division within the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to the definition of "hazardous duty member" for retirement purposes.

Requires the director or assistant director to pay into the State Employees Retirement Fund contributions retroactively for each year of credited service as if they had been a hazardous duty member.

Reformats the definition of "hazardous duty member" to use a numbered list structure while maintaining existing categories (state police, correctional officers, forensic division employees, criminal justice detectives, parole officers, and collectively bargained designations).

Effective October 1, 2015.
