Amends Connecticut General Statutes section 14-62(a) to cap dealer conveyance fees and processing fees at a maximum of $75.

Defines "dealer conveyance fee" or "processing fee" as charges to recover reasonable costs for processing documentation and performing services related to vehicle sales, including registration and ownership transfer.

Requires dealers to disclose any conveyance or processing fee on both the sales order and invoice in at least 10-point bold type, with a statement that the fee is not payable to the state of Connecticut.

Effective date: October 1, 2015.
