Requires all tow truck operators who remove a motor vehicle from an accident scene to remove and dispose of all glass, metal, and other debris cast upon public highways as a result of the accident

Mandates tow truck operators follow directions of police or fire officers at the scene and remain until all debris is removed and the officer releases them

Authorizes police to require tow truck operators to return to the accident scene if the area was not properly cleaned

Applies to the general statutes to establish these cleanup requirements as law
