Waives course enrollment fees at Charter Oak State College for active members of the Connecticut Army or Air National Guard who are certified as members in good standing by the Adjutant General or designee.

Applies to National Guard members enrolled or accepted for admission to Charter Oak State College on a full-time or part-time basis in a degree-granting program.

Reduces any waived fees by the amount of educational reimbursement the member receives from an employer.

Requires Charter Oak State College to give National Guard members receiving fee waivers the same registration status as students not receiving waivers.

Takes effect October 1, 2015.
