Modifies the timeline for public information meetings regarding telecommunication towers to allow municipalities to hold such meetings within 60 days after the initial municipal consultation meeting (effective October 1, 2015)

Requires applicants to send notice of public information meetings to all property owners abutting proposed or alternate facility locations and to publish notice in a newspaper of general circulation at least 15 days before the meeting

Makes applicants financially responsible for all administrative expenses associated with public information meetings
