Increases annual income eligibility threshold for the Alzheimer's Disease Respite Care Program from $41,000 to $50,000, with annual adjustments based on Social Security cost of living adjustments.

Expands respite care services to include homemaker services, adult day care, temporary facility care, home health care, companion services, and personal care assistance.

Increases maximum annual service benefit from $3,500 to up to $7,500 for participants demonstrating additional service needs, as determined by the Commissioner on Aging through adopted regulations.

Maintains liquid asset eligibility limit of $109,000 and allows Commissioner to waive copayments for individuals demonstrating financial hardship.

Effective July 1, 2015, with appropriations to be determined for expansion of the program in fiscal year 2016.
