Establishes a new cheese shop wine retailer permit allowing retail sale of wine at cheese shops, where "cheese shop" means a store primarily engaged in retail sale of cheese.

Wine sold under this permit cannot be consumed on premises and must be purchased only from package store permit holders or farm winery manufacturers.

Wine sales are permitted only during hours allowed for package store sales under existing state law, and permit holders cannot operate under any other alcoholic liquor permit simultaneously.

Annual permit fee is two hundred dollars.

Permit becomes effective upon passage of the bill.
