Amends Section 29-143aa of the general statutes to replace liability language with insurance requirements for boxing and mixed martial arts matches, effective October 1, 2015.

Requires persons, firms, or corporations that employ or contract with boxers or competitors to provide insurance coverage for medical, dental, surgical, and hospital care for all injuries sustained during matches.

Shifts responsibility from liability for health care costs of indefinite duration to providing specific insurance protection for match-related injuries.

Directs the Commissioner of Emergency Services and Public Protection to adopt regulations governing the insurance requirements under Chapter 54.
