Commissioner of Transportation shall study opportunities to link ongoing highway, airport, and port projects to improve passenger and freight movement throughout the state, working with Connecticut Airport Authority and Connecticut Port Authority executives.

Study must include findings and recommendations on how to foster efficient integration of transportation infrastructure across these three sectors.

Commissioner must report study findings to the joint standing committee on transportation by February 1, 2016.

Legislation becomes effective July 1, 2015.
