Amends section 14-37a(b) to replace "public passenger transportation permit" with "public passenger endorsement, as defined in section 14-1" regarding special operator's permit eligibility requirements, effective July 1, 2015.

Amends section 14-41(f) to replace "permit" with "endorsement" when referring to public passenger endorsements in provisions regarding license expiration dates when commissioner offices are closed, effective July 1, 2015.

Makes technical corrections to standardize terminology related to public passenger endorsements across transportation statutes.
