Analysis must include educational institutions, cybersecurity businesses, trade associations, nonprofits, and representatives from financial, insurance, health care, and defense sectors

Department of Economic and Community Development and Labor Department must convene a statewide cybersecurity sector forum by December 1, 2015, in coordination with the joint standing committee on commerce

Departments must submit a cybersecurity growth plan by February 1, 2016, including policy recommendations, federal grant leverage strategies, market opportunities, partnership best practices, and education recommendations for public schools and higher education
