Establishes a task force to study municipal taxation of golf courses, effective upon passage

Task force composition includes eight members: two appointed by the House Speaker, two by the Senate President pro tempore, one each by the House and Senate majority leaders, and one each by the House and Senate minority leaders

Appointments must be made within 30 days of the effective date, with the House Speaker and Senate President pro tempore selecting task force chairpersons who shall schedule the first meeting within 60 days

Task force must submit findings and recommendations to the joint standing committee on planning and development no later than January 1, 2016, at which time the task force terminates
