Establishes the Connecticut Uniform Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets Act, effective October 1, 2015, allowing fiduciaries (executors, conservators, agents, and trustees) to access digital assets of decedents, conserved persons, principals, and settlors.

Grants executors automatic right to access electronic communications content, catalogs, and other digital assets of a decedent unless otherwise ordered by court or provided in the will.

Permits conservators, agents under powers of attorney, and trustees to access digital assets after meeting specified requirements and providing appropriate documentation (court orders, power of attorney, trust instruments, or certifications of trust) to custodians.

Voids terms of service agreement provisions that restrict fiduciary access to digital assets unless the account holder affirmatively agreed to the restriction after October 1, 2015 in a separate act from other agreement terms.

Requires custodians to comply with fiduciary requests for digital asset access within 60 days and provides custodians immunity from liability for good faith compliance with the act.
