Defines "religious nonmedical provider" as a provider who delivers only religious nonmedical treatment or care with no medical services.

Permits health insurance companies, health care centers, hospital service corporations, and medical service corporations to include religious nonmedical providers as in-network providers in health insurance policies and health benefit plans.

Prohibits requiring religious nonmedical providers to be excluded from provider networks based on their inability or unwillingness to provide medical data inconsistent with their religious treatment or care.

Prohibits applying medical-based eligibility standards, medical professional utilization reviews, or mandatory medical examinations as conditions for coverage of religious nonmedical provider services.

Takes effect October 1, 2015.
