Repeals and replaces Section 46b-215d of the general statutes regarding child support guidelines and overtime income.

Removes the requirement that an obligor must have worked less than 45 hours per week at the time the support order was established to qualify for the overtime exclusion.

Changes the overtime threshold from 45 hours per week to 40 hours per week for determining what income counts toward child support calculations.

Specifies that additional income earned from working more than 40 hours per week shall be excluded from income calculations for child support guidelines purposes.

Takes effect October 1, 2015.
