Repeals and replaces Section 19a-14b of general statutes, effective October 1, 2015, to establish new radon reporting requirements.

Requires the Department of Public Health to maintain a list of analytical measurement service providers, residential measurement service providers, and residential mitigation service providers who maintain current certification with the National Radon Safety Board or National Radon Proficiency Program.

Requires analytical measurement service providers to submit monthly reports to the Commissioner of Public Health by the 15th of each month detailing all radon in-air test results from the prior month, including test location, building level, test purpose, and radon concentration levels.

Requires environmental laboratories to report radon in-water test results to the commissioner by the 15th of the month following analysis, and requires residential mitigation service providers to report all installed radon control systems within 30 days of installation.

Makes all information submitted to the commissioner pursuant to these reporting requirements confidential under Section 19a-25.
