Extends the deadline for current graduation requirements (20 credits minimum) from 2019 to 2020 for graduating classes, delaying implementation of new requirements by one year.

Establishes new graduation requirements for classes graduating in 2021 and beyond: 25 credits minimum including 9 humanities credits, 8 STEM credits, 3.5 career and life skills credits, 2 world language credits, and 1 senior demonstration project.

Requires students graduating in 2021 and beyond to pass end-of-year examinations in Algebra I, geometry, biology, American history, and grade 10 English.

Mandates schools provide student support services starting in grade 7, including summer school, online courses, alternate exams, and alternative assessments for students unable to complete standard requirements.

Establishes a task force to study alignment of new graduation requirements with Common Core State Standards and the feasibility of requiring cardiopulmonary resuscitation training, with report due by January 1, 2016.
