Exempts Atlantic League professional baseball games at the Ballpark at Harbor Yard in Bridgeport from the 10 percent state admissions tax, effective July 1, 2015.

Creates a "Hartford minor league baseball stadium account" as a separate, nonlapsing account within the General Fund to receive admissions tax revenue from events at any Class AA minor league baseball stadium built in Hartford.

Directs the State Treasurer to calculate admissions tax collected from Hartford minor league baseball stadium events on a quarterly basis and transfer those funds to the new account for debt reduction.

Requires the State Treasurer to enter into a memorandum of understanding with the city of Hartford regarding distribution and use of the stadium account moneys.

Maintains existing admissions tax structure and exemptions for other venues including the XL Center in Hartford and Webster Bank Arena in Bridgeport.
