Allows the town of New London to be reimbursed for the balance of costs as eligible project costs for five school building projects, notwithstanding chapter 173 of the general statutes or any State Board of Education or Department of Administrative Services regulations.

The five eligible projects are: Winthrop STEM Elementary Magnet School (Project Number 095-0081 RE), New London High School (Project Number 095-0077 A/CV), Bennie Dover Middle School (Project Number 095-0080 A), C. B. Jennings Elementary School (Project Number 095-0079 N), and the Science and Technology Magnet High School (Project Number 095-0078 MAG/EA).
