Requires cable companies to list each tax (including applicable tax rate) and fee on subscriber bills, effective July 1, 2016.

Modifies section 16-333l(b) of Connecticut General Statutes to add tax and fee disclosure as a mandatory billing requirement.

Cable bills must already include date of service, rates, amount due, payment deadline, company phone numbers, and Public Utilities Regulatory Authority contact information; this bill adds taxes and fees to that list.

Changes the conjunction connecting advisory council address requirement from "and" to "and" before the new tax and fee listing requirement.
