Secretary of the State shall include in registrar training procedures detailing the differences between a motor vehicle operator's license issued under section 14-36m and other motor vehicle operator's licenses issued under chapter 246, part III, subpart (B)

Secretary of the State shall create reference materials to accompany the procedures detailing these license differences

Secretary of the State shall require these procedures and reference materials be presented to each attendee at every conference called by the Secretary under section 9-6

Effective date is July 1, 2016, amending section 9-192a(c) of the general statutes
