Prohibits owners, lessors, or their legal representatives from issuing a notice to quit to any lessee or occupant under 18 years of age, effective October 1, 2016.

Requires that writs, summons, and complaints in summary process actions shall not include the name of any lessee or occupant under 18 years of age.

Allows courts to strike a minor's name from summary process complaint records upon motion by any party or the court's own motion, with the clerk removing the minor's name from the Judicial Branch Internet website records.

Clarifies that summary process judgments can still bind minors holding under named defendants, even though their names are excluded from court documents.

All provisions take effect October 1, 2016 and amend sections 47a-23, 47a-23a, and 47a-26h of the general statutes.
