Repeals and replaces the definition of case quantities for alcoholic liquor (other than beer, cordials, cocktails, wines, and prepared mixed drinks)

Establishes new standardized case quantities: six 1,750ml bottles; twelve 1-liter bottles; twelve 750ml bottles; twenty-four 375ml bottles; forty-eight 200ml bottles; sixty 100ml bottles; or one hundred twenty 50ml bottles

Allows 50ml bottle cases to be packaged in manufacturer's original configuration if it does not exceed 200 bottles per case

Permits the Commissioner of Consumer Protection to authorize fewer bottles per case than specified, but limits such authorizations to no more than four times per calendar year per person or entity
