Eliminates asset limits for applicants in the state supplement program, temporary family assistance program, and state-administered general assistance program effective July 1, 2016.

Removes the previous $1,600 individual asset limit and $2,400 combined spousal asset limit for the state supplement program.

Removes the $250 individual asset limit and $500 combined spousal asset limit for cash assistance eligibility under the temporary family assistance program.

Repeals sections 17b-91 and 17b-183 of the general statutes, which contained asset limit provisions for public assistance programs.

Modifies vendor fraud statute to remove reference to eliminated asset limit provisions and clarifies conservatorship termination procedures by removing references to asset thresholds.
