Increases the filing fee for Department of Consumer Protection permits with town clerks from $2 to $20, effective July 1, 2016.

Raises town clerk document filing fees from $5 to $10 for standard filings, surveys, and maps, and increases subdivision map indexing fees from $15 to $20.

Increases marriage license fees from $10 to $30 and adds a $20 surcharge per marriage license to fund household abuse shelter services and rape crisis services.

Raises burial and removal permit fees from $3 to $5 and cremation permit fees from $3 to $5, effective July 1, 2016.

Increases notary public recording fees from $10 to $20 and certification fees from $2 to $5, effective July 1, 2016.
