Repeals and replaces Section 54-36i to modify distribution of drug assets forfeiture revolving account funds, effective July 1, 2016.

Reduces allocation to Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection and local police departments from seventy percent to forty percent of account proceeds.

Increases allocation to Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services from twenty percent to fifty percent, with thirty percent of that amount designated specifically for inpatient drug treatment facility services.

Maintains ten percent allocation to Division of Criminal Justice for prosecution of drug-related offenses.

Preserves unspent funds in the revolving account at fiscal year-end rather than reverting them to the General Fund.
