Makes numerous technical corrections throughout insurance statutes including correcting grammar (changing "which" to "that"), updating pronoun references for gender neutrality, and clarifying cross-references to other sections.

Reorganizes health care center definitions and regulatory provisions in sections 38a-175 through 38a-194 with improved clarity and updated cross-references throughout the statute.

Corrects a public law citation from P.L. 111-1448 to P.L. 111-148 (Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act) in sections covering health insurance policy lifetime limits.

All changes are effective October 1, 2016, and affect 94 sections of the general statutes relating to insurance companies, health care centers, rates, licensing, and consumer protections.
