Prohibits disclosure of an elector's date of birth on voter records created or maintained by municipal registrars of voters to the public or any public agency.

Requires that date of birth information be redacted from all voter records before they are disclosed or released.

Applies to all records of electors created, prepared, compiled, or maintained by registrars of voters in any municipality.

Takes effect upon passage of the legislation.
