Modifies section 9-606(c) of Connecticut general statutes regarding campaign finance contribution handling and reporting procedures, effective July 1, 2016.

Changes the deadline for solicitors to deposit contributions with committee treasurers from "within seven days after receipt" to "not later than seven days after receipt."

Requires solicitors to submit lists of all contributions made or promised to them to the treasurer no later than 24 hours before each required filing date.

Maintains existing prohibitions on solicitors expending or disbursing contributions to any person other than the committee treasurer.

Referred to Committee on Government Administration and Elections with a Joint Favorable recommendation.
