Establishes rules for the House during the June 13, 2016 reconvened session of the May special session, using the 2016 regular session rules as baseline with specified amendments.

Modifies Rule 10 to require the clerk to maintain a journal recording each day's House proceedings.

Modifies Rule 11 to require the clerk to keep a calendar of Governor-disapproved bills and bills/joint resolutions received from the Senate.

Modifies Rule 12 to require immediate transmission of matters requiring further Senate action to the Senate upon final House action.

Strikes Rules 15, 19, 20, and 31, and adds Rule 48 limiting resolutions to those expressing sympathy for deceased legislators or their family members, or those pertaining to session rules, journal printing, and session expenses.
