Establishes the rules of the House for the June 20, 2016 reconvened session, incorporating the 2016 regular session rules with specified amendments and additions.

Modifies Rule 10 to require the clerk to keep a journal recording each day's House proceedings.

Modifies Rule 11 to require the clerk to maintain a calendar of gubernatorial disapprovals and bills and joint resolutions received from the Senate.

Modifies Rule 21 to establish the order of business as: reception of Governor and Secretary of State communications, introduction of resolutions, calendar business, and reception of Senate business.

Restricts resolutions under new Rule 48 to expressions of sympathy for deceased legislators or family members, and those pertaining to reconvened session rules, journal printing, and session expenses.
