Allows municipalities adjacent to Connecticut Superfund Priority List sites to upgrade water mains beyond minimum pollution-addressing requirements to meet fire flow or public water supply needs consistent with conservation and development plans, with the municipality only paying the incremental cost.

Permits water companies, other persons, or local, state, or federal funds to cover the additional costs of upgraded water main projects in Superfund-adjacent areas.

Grants a 30-day filing extension for 2014 grand list exemption claims in New Britain that missed the original deadline, provided the late filing fee is paid.

Requires the New Britain assessor to approve exemptions upon receipt of the late filing fee and verification of property eligibility.

Mandates New Britain to reimburse property owners for taxes, interest, and penalties paid if an exemption is approved, with reimbursement equal to the difference between amounts paid and what would have been owed with timely filing.
