Renames the Bureau of Child Support Enforcement to the Office of Child Support Services within the Department of Social Services, effective upon passage.

Updates all statutory references throughout Connecticut General Statutes to reflect the new name, including sections relating to child support enforcement, investigations, collections, and interstate support cases.

Maintains all existing functions, authorities, and responsibilities of the renamed office, including administration of Title IV-D of the Social Security Act and operation of the state case registry.

Applies the name change to references in sections governing oath administration, liaison with judicial and law enforcement agencies, automated collection systems, and support order modification procedures.
