Establishes a unified fee structure for vital record searches: $20 for most vital records and $30 for birth records, effective July 1, 2016.

Each search fee includes the search, a certified copy of the vital record, a certification of birth registration, or a certified letter stating no record exists on file.

Directs all fees received for death certificates to be deposited into the neglected cemetery account established under section 19a-308b.

Waives fees for searches and certified death certificate copies for spouses, children, or parents of deceased veterans.

Sets the fee for uncertified copies of original birth certificates at $65, which includes the search fee.
