Amends Section 47-27 of the Connecticut General Statutes to prohibit possession, use, or occupancy of land held by nonprofit land-holding organizations from creating or continuing any property rights in that land.

Extends protections to land subject to conservation restrictions held by nonprofit land-holding organizations, preventing adverse possession claims against such restricted land.

Specifies that possession, use, or occupancy of conservation-restricted land cannot terminate or modify the conservation restriction itself.

Defines "nonprofit land-holding organization" as a nonprofit corporation incorporated under chapter 602 with conservation and preservation of land as a principal purpose.

Takes effect October 1, 2016.
