Increases annual income eligibility threshold for the Alzheimer's Disease Respite Care Program from $41,000 to $50,000, with annual adjustments based on Social Security cost-of-living increases.

Removes the requirement that the program operate "within available appropriations," making it an ongoing obligation rather than discretionary funding.

Specifies that respite care services may include homemaker services, adult day care, temporary facility care, home health care, companion services, and personal care assistance.

Effective July 1, 2016, the bill amends Connecticut General Statute Section 17b-349e governing the respite care program administration and copayment requirements.
