Requires the Department of Veterans' Affairs to develop and provide annual training for veterans' service officers and service contact persons on assisting women veterans with state and federal services, benefits, and community programs

Mandates designation of at least one female veterans' service officer with demonstrated interest in women veterans' concerns to address those issues within the veterans' advocacy and assistance unit

Directs the department to publish extensive data on the Internet regarding women veterans, including federal and state services, benefits, current challenges, and notable women veterans' contributions

Authorizes the Department of Veterans' Affairs to create and broadcast noncommercial public service announcements to encourage veterans to participate in voluntary health data surveys and registries

Requires the department to establish a dedicated Internet page with information, links, and contact details specifically for women veterans' services and benefits
