Commissioner of Administrative Services shall conduct a study on the feasibility of providing workers' compensation coverage to personal care attendants delivering home care under state-funded programs, effective July 1, 2016

Study shall examine benefits to the state, personal care attendants, and consumers, as well as the cost to the state and potential means of providing such coverage

Commissioner must submit a report to the joint standing committees on labor, public employees, and appropriations by December 31, 2016

Report shall include study results and recommendations for administrative or legislative actions needed to implement workers' compensation coverage

Study shall be conducted within available appropriations
