Repeals sections 9-60 through 9-63 of the general statutes, which previously governed removal from party enrollment lists and denial of privileges.

Amends section 9-53 to remove the requirement that assistant registrars deliver lists of rejected applications under sections 9-60 and 9-63.

Amends section 9-55(e) to remove provisions regarding petitions under section 9-63 and the issuance of certificates to electors granted relief after enrollment list completion.

Amends section 9-56 to remove references to sections 9-60, 9-61, and 9-62 in provisions governing eligibility for party enrollment privileges.

Amends section 9-361 to remove references to sections 9-60 and 9-61 regarding primary and enrollment violations, and updates section 51-164n(b) and 51-274 to remove references to section 9-63.
