Amends Connecticut General Statutes Section 19a-539a to add requirements for nursing home resident admission agreements effective July 1, 2016

Requires nursing homes to provide clear and conspicuous notice detailing the duties, responsibilities, and liabilities of responsible parties who sign admission agreements

Notice must specify circumstances under which responsible parties will be held legally liable and when their personal assets may be pursued for payment to the facility

Notice must be printed in 14-point bold type and initialed by the responsible party

Renders admission agreements unenforceable against the responsible party if notice is not included or initials are not obtained
