• Extends dental insurance coverage for children under parents' individual health insurance policies until age 26 (effective January 1, 2017)

• Extends dental insurance coverage for children under parents' group health insurance policies until age 26 (effective January 1, 2017)

• Maintains existing provisions allowing coverage to terminate earlier if child becomes covered under their own group health plan through employment

• Applies coverage requirements equally to stepchildren and biological children under both individual and group policies
